First you submit the online application form. Then you have to do SHL tests which are not very difficult followed by the E-tray exercises. If you pass them all, you are invited to a first interview. At the first interview there is a group exercise with a case study on olympic cities and a one-to-one interview. Everyone was very welcoming and friendly in my experience. I think that the outcome of the whole process depends on whether you get allocated to a nice interviewer or you get a one of those who would fail you straight away. I passed the first interview but then decided that operations consulting is not for me. I moved to Strategy and still awaiting for the first interview in Strategy practice.
