Phone Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I networked with a recruiter I met at a diversity event. We hit it off since we both went to the same school. I sent her a follow up email but she never responded. Few weeks/ two months later, I get a voicemail for a different recruiter to set up a phone interview within a week. I attended several webinars for the company too.
