What did the interview consist of?
1 on 1 Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I applied through the school's career center and was notified to go in for a 30 minute first round interview. The interview was about 40% fit and 60% technical and was conducted by an associate and a VP. Received a phone call on the same day telling me to go in the next day for a final round that consisted of two back to back 30 minute interviews with MDs. The final round was purely fit.
