Two weeks after finishing the online numeric and verbal reasoning tests, HR called to schedule phone interviews. Because I was studying abroad, I ended up having 5 phone interviews with associates, a VP and a MD. Each interview was about 30 mins long, one of them called from an airport or something and i was having problem hearing what he was asking, so i guess i did pretty bad on that one.
Aside from general questions, technical questions were asked extensively by the associates and only a handful of behavior questions were asked. I was also asked to discuss about recent news and my views on ethical issues in banking.
