Please describe the interview / hiring process.
First interview was with a junior associate and a VP. Both were in the Jacksonville office and were relatively relaxed. No technical questions, just fit and some basics about why DB, why Jax, and why a bank vs a law firm. Lasted about 30 mins.
Second interview was phone with several VPs, associates, and the director of legal. Lasted about 1:15, much more in depth than the first round, but similar questions. It seemed like they were trying to get me to talk a lot, and then latch on to something I'd said that might not have been the best answer, and try to pry further. Again, covered mostly fit questions.
