Equatorial Investment Bank Limited, a private limited liability company was established in March 2007 under the name Equatorial Capital Services Limited.

Pursuant to obtaining an Investment Banking license from the Capital Markets Authority, Kenya, in October 2007, the Company’s name was changed to Equatorial Investment Bank Limited to reflect its core business activity.
