Advisory Summer Student - Risk

The interview consisted of a video interview using Kira Talent. There were 10 pre-recorded questions, and after listening to each question, you would have a 15-30 second buffer before your video would start recording, and then 20-60 seconds to answer the question (before the video would cut). The interview was strange in that you were being interviewed by nobody, so there was no way to make a connection with the interviewer. I would recommend having an answer prepared for some common questions, as they are all behavioural and relatively straightforward.
