1 on 1 Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I submitted my resume to campus recruiter and got the interview. Two 30-minute interviews with Senior Manager and Partner. The senior manager seemed like me very much. Most are resume based questions. Walk me through your resume, what you did in this position, why EY, why you, conflicts... I got the result a week later. It seems that we only had one round of interview. Other candidates who got offer told me.
