Trader

I was invited after contact with a head hunter. First I had to finish a 10 minutes test with 75 questions (mental algorithm) and an intelligence test (numerical and logical reasoning). I messud up the intelligence test (normally I score in the 90th percentile....). The interview was with the recruiter and a trader. They were very easy-going. I was called back the same day and I was told that they were impressed by my motivation to work as a trader. Normally they wouldn't hire someone who doesn't pass the intelligence test. The invited me for a case interview. I am still in the running (last round).
