First consisted of a interview in their Manhattan office, with two individuals. There was one a analyst who interviewed me based on behavioral and technical questions. Second individual asked me questions on things in my resume. There was also a writing sample required. Question was tell me some hobbies you enjoy, or talk about one aspect that you feel qualifies you.

Second round interview consisted of a written technical exam. Make sure you understand balance sheet, a intrinsic valuation, and concepts such as working capital and liquidity ratios. After exam, I meet with a senior individual of the firm. Questions focused on computer skills such as Cap IQ, Bloomberg, and whether you know these skills.
