FMP Internship

GE recruits heavily for FMP from my college so I interviewed for the internship in the fall (they also recruit in the spring).

1st round was on-campus with an alum who had gone through GE's development program. Very laid back, walk me through your resume, etc. Entirely fit and really want to know why you are interested in the program. GE is looking for lfiers so they really want to see how you imagine yourself growing with GE.

2nd round was on the phone (I imagine most are) since the business units are scattered across the country. Phone interview was even less formal, they were trying to sell me on GE more than I was trying to sell myself. Was told halfway through the interview I would be receiving the offer.
