Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Long winded. They make you do an IQ test from the 80's. Over all it was OK. but they take a long time getting back to wyou. YOu also meet a LOT of people - the team that I was interviewing with was very top heavy, an inverted pyramid, from what I gathered - so a lot of VPs and SVPs to meet.
