Applied through OCR, got girst round interview which was held on campus with a VP and an Associate. Got a call back the next day and was brought in for a super day a couple of days later. Super day consisted off 6 interviews.
The questions were mostly fit, a few technicals and brainteasers. They care a lot about your ability to be a self-starter as they're very small and don't really have a traning program.
