Please describe the interview / hiring process.
The interview process was grueling, but definitely rewarding. It consisted of back to back super days over the course of a week. In total, there were roughly 27+ interviews. I interviewed for a Cross Asset Sales job, Equity Deriv Sales, and FICC sales. They were heavily market/personality based with little brainteasers. Most of the questions surrounded outlook on the markets as well as personality/experience questions. They did ask for multiple long/short ideas and definitely made sure that you answered adequately. The only negative was that they continuously asked to commute daily from Philadelphia for the super days as opposed to staying near 200 west.
