What did the interview consist of?
1 on 1 Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
It began with on-campus recruiting. I submitted my resume to OCR's website, and received an interview about 2 weeks later.
The interview was in the OCR's office, and one of the managers - he was in charge with the treasury division - interviewed us. He was a mid-aged man, white hair, and pretty friendly.
I got a couple of simple technical questions (such as what is IRR and how do you choose a product to do), what I believe are to weed out people who don't know any finance.
All in all, be enthusiastic, and you'll get a second round
