I applied to the early program from a target top-20 university. I received an email about a month later inviting me to a super day at their main offices at 200 West St. The interviews consisted of 4 30 minute interviews with VPs and Associates in the GIR group. A few days later I received a phone call stating that I had made it to the next stage, which consisted of 2 30 minute phone interviews with VPs. After about a week (Christmas holiday delayed things), I received a call stating that I had a phone interview, this time with a MD. A few days after that, I received a call from the recruiter with the offer.
