Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I had a phone interview with a VP in early January. Two days later I found out I was accepted for the Chicago superday in late Jan 2014. They flew me out to Chicago with a corporate card and paid for everything along the way. At the office, I had four 2-1 interviews for a total of two hours. After the interviews, we had an informal Q&A session with the analysts. I heard back the following Monday my application was on hold and three weeks later with the formal offer.
