Please describe the interview / hiring process.
The overall process was okay. They came to my school very often and had a fairly large interested in getting a lot of people. Their first rounds consisted of interviewing a lot of people and mostly trying to weed out people that they knew would not be up to the challenge. However, this occurred much easier in the recruiting season, so many people were not ready to be interviewed. The interview was mostly fit with very little technical.
