Phone Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I applied through my schools career services center, I received a first round interview by phone, which was mainly fit questions and some discussion about stories I had been following on the markets. I got a second round with two interviews, unfortunately I was abroad in Spain and could not make it into the office so I interviewed by phone. Again interviews were mainly fit, no technical questions.
