1 on 1 Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I went to their info. session at my school and networked with a couple people. Somehow I didn't spoke with the person from PWM group and that came back to bite me during the interview, as the interviewer's 1st question was regarding my info. session experience. In general, the recruiter was nice and the interview was all behavioral questions. One thing they really wanted to make sure was that the candidate had a passion for PWM. I screwed it up by sounding like I was more interested in ST.
