Please describe the interview / hiring process.
The interview was on-campus at my College with two junior people interviewing candidates for about a half-hour each. The process was horrible - not only were the guidelines completely inaccurate so everyone prepared incorrectly, but the two interviewers looked like they never wanted to be there in the first place. It was a rather unfortunate. My best advice is just be prepared for anything. I certainly wasn't and paid the price.
