Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I applied through BCF. Had a couple of phone interviews before invited to BCF to have face to face interview. Had a dinner with the recruiters the night before the interview. Most questions are behavioral and the really wanted to make sure you would love to work in Japan in the long term.
