1 on 1 Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Applied online after attending networking events on campus. Was invited by HR to first round interview 3 months later.
First round has only 1 interview (1-to-1) with someone from the Securities Division.
Final round consists of 5 interviews (1-to-1). Some of the interviewers are VPs.
Very intelligent people. Interviewers seem rather enthusiastic. Some asked very tough questions and guided you along.
Screening is not done on a rolling basis so it is more important to drop names and perfect your CV.
