Please describe the interview / hiring process.
The interview process was relatively standard. There was a round of on campus interviews, consisting of several analysts and an MD asking a mixture of fit, technical, and markets based questions. Then, candidates were invited to a superday in NYC, consisting of several 2 on 1 interviews. Eventually, Human Resources and members of the team reached out with offer decisions. In total, everyone was very formal and professional and communicated in a timely fashion.
