What did the interview consist of?
Phone Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I applied through their website. After about two weeks I got an e-mail saying that I would have two phone interviews before proceeding to the super day. I interviewed with one VP the next week. The week after that I interviewed with an Associate. They were generally nice when asking questions and were willing to provide advice when I asked questions at the end.
