1 on 1 Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Interviewed through OCR, asked for cover letter and resume. 30 minute 1 on 1 interview with senior banker in TMT. Asked some questions about accretion/dilution, and other finance questions. Asked if I had interest in any specific groups, and we talked about tech for a bit. Not very difficult, I think he just wanted to get a feel for the candidates to see who was likable and was sharp on basic financial concepts.
