1 on 1 Interview

Please describe the interview / hiring process.

First round on campus, 1 on 1. This was the first year GS did on campus interviews for my school so it was a bit of a new process for the school, but I progressed past that to the superday. Superday was 3, 2 on 1 interviews with associates and VPs. Asked a lot about my resume, and typical banking questions. I did prep ALOT thought so I had a pretty good understanding of most questions. Everyone was extremely nice/chill/etc. , easily my best interview experience. Interviews did take place at the JC office btw.
