Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I interviewed with their Houston office, so the process and timeline was a bit different than NYC. The Houston office was very accelerated compared to the other Houston firms, with first-round phone screening occuring the first week of december and Superdays in mid-December. They provided little notice (called over the weekend to schedule an interview for the first of the week). I had visited their office previously, so they wanted to jump straight into technical questions. They covered some of the typical questions, and also emphasized knowledge of leveraged vs unleveraged ratios (e.g. EV/EBITDA and P/E).
