1 on 1 Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
GS visited campus for corporate presentation, then invited students for one 30 minute informational. After the informational, invited about 1/3 for a closed list dinner. Almost all that attended the closed list dinner were invited to interview. After first round interviews, students from multiple MBA programs were invited to firm's super day. Everybody I met from the firm was extremely professional and personable, really have nothing bad to say about my experience. Every single one was an all-star and more than willing to jump on the phone or meet for coffee to help in the process.
