Summer Associate

As this was an on campus recruiting process, my initial communications were with an MD during an on campus presentation. GS then reached out to me and controlled the entire process. I spoke with a VP, and 2 associates, all of which reached out to me. The first round interview was 2 on 1, with the original MD I had met and one other MD that I had not previously met. The MDs were incredibly rude and the interview was unpleasant. This was a general consensus among the other candidates interviewing with GS. Despite GS giving out several second round invitations, only 1 candidate actually went, as most were turned off by the attitude presented by GS during the process.
