Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Applied on line for a VP position and heard from HR about one week after. Tried to arrange am interview which took about three weeks because of interviewers busy schedules. Finally fixed the date and went for the interview which was split into two parts with the first session with MD and second with a VP. Questions are typical such as why Goldman Sachs and also asked a technical question. I have to say that the interview was started by the MD by introducing the interview process. But without going through the typical steps, he went straight to ask me if I had any questions. Then after that, I asked some questions he raised. I was more of myself when I was I'm in the second interview where the VP who interviewed appeared to be friendlier and less intimidating. Overall, I think I could do better but I did the best I could at the time. Now waiting for the update if I make into the next round.
