Interview
The interview process was extremely interesting. Submitted resume, got a phone call, set up phone call interview. We talked a lot about my interest in emerging markets and how I could speak mandarin and read with a working business proficiency of it. They were more excited than I expected about that. They said that China was a big emerging market player and fluency in Chinese is pretty important to talk to some Chinese sell side coverage analysts.
