What did the interview consist of?
Phone Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Applied online through a third party recruiting (Freshminds), received an e-mail to do an online numerical test. Received request for a competency based phone interview around a week after, scheduled for three weeks later. The interview was quite short, lasting only 25 minutes long with 5 main questions (see below).
The phone interview was with Freshminds. They said the next stage would have been a face-to-face again with Freshminds and the final round would have been with Greenhill for an AC.
They told me they will get back to me in a week, but got back around 3 weeks later.
