6 Interviews, all 1 on 1. Interviewers ranging from MD's to Associates but the MD's are more focused on getting to know you as a person. The associates are there to play bad cop and grill you on accounting/valuation. I would say the interview is about average, maybe more towards the easy side. If you are applying here, it would be helpful to know someone at the firm.

Most Important financial statement; Big focus on accounting; If you were to increase inventories by X, what affect would that have on all of the statements?

Asked about different valuation methods
Asked about what industries I had worked with during my previous experience (this is a largely energy focused shop, so i assume they were looking for some energy deal experience)

This firm takes alot of guys from UT, A&M, TCU, SMU - so if you go to one of these schools, you have a leg up
