Analyst

The hiring process for analysts generally consists of 3 phone interviews with an analyst, associate, and a VP, followed by an in person interview with the whole team. The process is very organized, and they are good about keeping you in the loop as to where you are in the overall process. The phone interviews are generally laid-back interviews, mostly resume walk-throughs and very little technical questions. In person interviews are conducted as the last step, during which the people you interviewed with over the phone will ask the technical questions, and the senior staff will focus more on fit.

The people are great, very friendly. Strict no-asshole policy at the firm. Work culture is generally relaxed, no face-time, and they are comfortable with you going home before 10PM and working from home if need be.
