The number you see in the middle of the doughnut pie chart is the simple average of these scores. If you hover over the various sections of the donut, you will see the % breakdown of each score given.

The percentile score in the title is calculated across the entire Company Database and uses an adjusted score based on Bayesian Estimates (to account for companies that have few interview insights). Simply put, as a company gets more reviews, the confidence of a "true score" increases so it is pulled closer to its simple average and away from the average of the entire dataset.

1st round interview was over the phone- very simple including basic behavioral questions, rundown of your resume, relevant work experience and classes

2nd round interview was a case study. Given a company and had to pitch whether to buy or sell the stock via a powerpoint presentation

The one associate I spoke with was great and I felt a good vibe for their culture. First time receiving a case study for a interview in IB which caught me off guard, and received little feedback afterwards.

Interview
Had initial phone interview with a vice president and then a few days later another phone interview with the Managing Director. I was invited to come in to interview in person. I first had an interview with the vice president and he asked me expected interview questions (where do you see yourself in a few years, strengths weaknesses). There were very few technical questions and the only one I remember right now was "What is DCF". I then interviewed with the MD and it was mostly a behavioral interview. We went out to a casual lunch where they were examining my social skills. We came back to the office and they basically asked me if I had any more questions. Since it is a small boutique firm, they really cared more about fit than technical skills it seems. Additionally, since they specialize in financial institutions M&A it seemed like they really didn't expect you to know much. I would say the environment was friendly but very serious and they wanted to ensure that they were the best and bring in the best people. Make sure to ask very good questions, it seemed like they expected you to have tons of questions.
Interview Questions
Guide me through your resume. What is DCF. Why do you want to work here. Where do you see yourself in 5 years and how do you think your experience here will be relevant to that. 95% behavioral and fit questions.
