It is a entry level program with preference of master degree holder. After a brief phone screen interview with hr, you will be provided with an aptitude test link, which is the most tricky part along the whole process. If you get through that test (which I once believed I have been failed with), 2-3 rounds of interview awaits ahead, all of them are behavioral and competency based. Your understanding towards IT consulting as well as your reaction to several hypothetical situations dealing with clients or teams.
