The number you see in the middle of the doughnut pie chart is the simple average of these scores. If you hover over the various sections of the donut, you will see the % breakdown of each score given.

The percentile score in the title is calculated across the entire Company Database and uses an adjusted score based on Bayesian Estimates (to account for companies that have few interview insights). Simply put, as a company gets more reviews, the confidence of a "true score" increases so it is pulled closer to its simple average and away from the average of the entire dataset.

Interview
The hiring process was fairly simple, only really needed to practice the essentials such as research the company, and study for the IQ/Knowledge test.
Interview Questions
There was a math/knowledge test that consisted of mental math problems, then probability, followed by sections with questions about options, futures, forex, and then scenario problems. I believe the hardest questions for me personally were the Forex and Futures questions since I never really interacted with those in trading. There were a few questions from easy to hard and picking which questions to answer was definitely tough and somewhat psychological. I felt as though they would potentially judge you on which difficulty you chose.

The hardest part of the interview was the math and market knowledge test. It was on a wide variety of topics from simple bond questions to detailed questions on risk management. Including everything from simple math calculations to accrued interest calculations on bonds. They start with a set of Math questions and programming questions in C++ and Java. The first interviewer gives you an intro and some behavioral questions. You can ask him whatever. He then organizes other interviewers to come in and ask questions off the cuff and look at the test they give you in the beginning and try to see if you could correct any mistakes. The next guy is also off the cuff and starts just asking you behavioral and math questions.
Interview Questions

Interview
In order to gain an interview, applicants must take a personality test to determine their "fit" relative to the specific group they plan to interview. If selected after the test, two rounds of interviews typically ensue. The first will be with the actual manager hiring. This will consist of a fit test and may require some basic math calculations. The second will be with the manager's boss and is used to determine whether someone receives an offer.
Interview Questions
Be able to explain options, futures, and stocks in a very basic form. What they are, why they are used, and how they settle. Also be able to explain how you would attack a pile of work on your desk with one day to complete.
