Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Start with a 1-1 screener on campus. Mental math, then some basic probability brainteasers. Second round phone interview dealt primarily with recursion, in the context of discrete probability. Third round phone interview dealt primarily with algorithms and breaking large/complex problems into their simplest case, and rebuilding the solution from there.
