What did the interview consist of?
Phone Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Phone interview: I was contacted after OCR resume drop and was awarded a first round which ended up being by phone. Received a call 5 minutes late from trader at JS. Asked a few basic probability questions which I answered correctly. After most questions was asked for my confidence in the answers. Because I second guessed myself I always answered lower than I should have and ended up not receiving a second round. The interviewer seemed very bored and not happy to be screening candidates.
