Phone Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
A Resume drop was set up and an alumnus of our school set up several phone screens. Was pushed back three times because the guy was busy. When it finally did happen, it was 30 minutes after it was initially scheduled. From what we discussed it was about 20 people for 2 spots in their Super Day. Was a mix of fit and technical.
