first round on-campus 30-minute interview w/two bankers, mix of technical and fit
second round super day in NYC on a Saturday. Friday night dinner with junior bankers was informal and nice to do before more intense Saturday interviews.
Sat interviews consisted of five 30-60 minute interviews w/2 bankers each. Content ranged from mix of technical and behavioral questions, to walking through deals, and general fit. Was asked a couple of brain teasers but nothing that I hadn't prepared for.
Overall came away from interviews with a good feeling about the company and culture...the MDs I met with were pleasant to speak with and interesting and while a couple of junior bankers were intense most weren't and those who were may have been role playing for the interview.
Advice is know your resume cold and don't put anything on there unless you are prepared to drill into it.
