Phone Interview
1 on 1 Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
The process was rather straightforward for the 2014 Sophomore Diversity Program. First was a phone interview that lasted maybe 20 minutes that was primarily fit. At the end he asked JPM's market cap, JPM's stock price close the day before, Apple's market cap, and what 8^3 was. I had a computer on me so I was able to verify everything.

In-person interviews were also straightforward and stuck mostly to personal questions. I brought up that I invest as a personal hobby and they probed on my portfolio, which was a good chance to demonstrate interest and speak intelligibly about the markets and whatever I was trading.
