Phone Interview

Background: Sophomore, 3.9 GPA, Econ major, Non-Target, Freshman internship in PE
I applied for the Freshman/Sophomore IB internship and was rejected. The CDP program reached out to me (I guess they get passed off resumes that were still good). Filled out a online application, did a phone interview, and then received an offer shortly after.
Phone interview was basic. Call was with a HR rep, they had me walk them through my resume, basic behavioral questions.
I interned in the Equity Derivative Group. It was ok, I got put into ops for on of the better of all the groups. Most MO people are from non or semi-targets. People were pretty nice, but everyone basically knew they didn't want to work there forever.
