Credit Risk Analyst

Since my recruitment was a part of campus recruitment, the application was more or less taken care by the Placement Cell of my school. All I had to do was to sign the offer on my campus's portal to apply.

The company had a Pre-placement talk, followed by an Aptitude Test & a written case study. The aptitude test (of around 45 minutes) basic questions which could conceptually be solved by a high school student, except that most questions had basic element of trick involved. This was followed by a written case-study, for which we were given 15 minutes.

This test had around 10% selection rate. This was followed by an HR interview. The type of interview was different for most candidates. For me, it was focused on my resume and specifically at one of my internships.

Once you clear this round, there was a final group-interview cum case study interview. We were given a case-study to solve in groups of 4. We were supposed to solve it on a white board in 30 minutes and present the result to the panel. The panel observed us while solving the case and chose the candidates accordingly.
In the end, around 7 out of over 200-250 candidates were selected.

P.S. - Since we were from engineering background, no finance related questions were asked. Although, students who had finance related internships were definitely interviewed on that line.
