Please describe the interview / hiring process.
First, I attended all the information sessions and was then invited to networking events. When first round interviews came around I was invited to interview on campus. Out of all the things they look for, they care the most about fit. They could give two shits about how good you are at building a DCF, all they care about at this stage is how much they like you and how well you can work in their team.
