Please describe the interview / hiring process.
On-campus interview for target schools, 2-on-1 30 minute interview. Invited to superday that occurred 3 days later. First there was a speaker panel, then we got to shadow someone on the trading for for about an hour, then we had catered lunch (basic sandwiches), and then had 3 30-minute 1-on-1 interviews. Almost everything was behavioral and the interviews were not that stressful.
