1 on 1 Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I submitted by application in November of 2013 and did not hear back from them until mid-February, with my first round phone interview on February 28th. My interviewer was incredibly nice, and was a young guy who was a junior analyst. It was very short- maybe 20 minutes, 25 minutes max, and consisted of very easy questions, such as: do you follow the markets at all, what is JPM trading at, what is the last book you read, and of course, walk me through your resume. Very standard fit stuff. We said goodbye and I heard back from them later day about a second round interview in there office which will take place next week, and I'll write a separate review for that process.
