Please describe the interview / hiring process.
The first interview was on campus and fairly straightforward: 1-on-1 with some behavioral questions, no technical questions, and lasted about a half hour. A couple weeks later I was invited to their office visit where I was given 2 interviews back to back with an MD and then a senior associate. Again, all 1-on-1, all behavioral questions, no technical questions. Their motto is "hire for attitude, train for skill" so its likely that most other people applying for a summer internship will experience the same process.
