Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I applied through OCR and was offered an interview. Had a pre-interview reception the night before where we got to talk with professionals at KPMG and get an idea of what tomorrow had in store. The interview was 1 on 1, though there was another lady sitting in so she could learn how to conduct interviews appropriately. The interview was totally fit based. I wasn't given an offer because my choice of office was not taking any interns for the program I applied (would have been nice to know before wasting my time, but good practice nonetheless).
